Refunds and Returns

We at Rock Harbor Church take pride in our product offerings and aim for your complete satisfaction. The following policy outlines the terms under which physical and digital goods may be returned and refunded.

Physical Products Policy:

  • Returns – We welcome returns for any physical product purchased from our store within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and any associated items. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item to streamline the process.
  • No Exchanges – Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any items. If you require a different item, you are welcome to return the original item (as per our returns policy) and place a new order for the desired product.
  • Refunds – Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that refund processing times can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products:

Given the nature of digital products [such as eBooks, online courses, etc.], all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptions may arise, and we are committed to resolving such situations in a fair manner. If you believe your case warrants an exception, please reach out to our customer service team.


At Rock Harbor Church, we are committed to delivering your purchase in a timely and efficient manner. We primarily use United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate services for all our shipping needs. Please find the details of our shipping policy below:

  1. Shipping Services – All orders from our store are shipped via USPS using a variety of flat rate services. This means your shipping costs will be determined based on the predefined rates of the service chosen.
  2. Shipping Locations – Currently, we ship our products only within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you’re located outside of the US.
  3. Processing Time – Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. This is separate from the shipping time, so please consider the additional days for processing when calculating the overall delivery timeline.
  4. Delivery Time – As we utilize USPS flat rate services, the delivery time will typically be within the estimated timeframe provided by USPS. However, please note that we do not have control over the package once it leaves our premises and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS.
  5. Shipping Rates – Shipping rates are determined based on USPS flat rate charges. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  6. Order Tracking – Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS website.
  7. Lost or Damaged Packages – If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the next steps.
