Effective communication about sexual abuse starts at home and this conversation is crucial for prevention and support. Research shows that open, loving communication leads to improved outcomes and reduced risk behaviors among adolescents. RHC will be hosting a class for parents that will build clarity around how to be proactive, recognize signs of abuse, and provide support when abuse has occurred.
