Ron was born in Bakersfield and raised in Shafter where he and his family attended the Shafter Mennonite Church. Ron accepted the Lord at the age of 12. Ron and Malise married in 2005 and have 4 children between them and 9 grandchildren. 

Ron and Malise started attending RHC in January of 2020. Ron spent 40+ years in the construction industry and when the position of campus manager opened at RHC he jumped at the chance to take the position. Ron is grateful to leave his secular job and work for RHC
