Whether you have been sharing your faith for years or have a desire to learn, Casting the Net is an evangelism training seminar designed to equip believers to faithfully, clearly, and confidently share the gospel of Jesus Christ in a variety of contexts. This seminar will help you remain grounded in sound doctrine, biblical clarity, and compassion, while understanding that evangelism is not a single method but a biblical calling expressed through multiple approaches, all empowered by the Holy Spirit and rooted in the finished work of Christ. Join us in partnering with Right to Life Kern County for their Hope on the Move 5K on April 25th from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Park at Riverwalk. They are looking for 15 to 20 volunteers to help with setup and check-in, course support, finish line assistance, and traffic and vendor direction.
