About the Ministry

A Christ-centered approach to healing and restoration.

His Way Out Ministry exists to offer biblical guidance, compassion, and hope to those navigating sexual and relational brokenness. Rooted firmly in Scripture and led by Pastor Phillip Lee, Executive Director of His Way Out Ministries, the ministry points individuals to the transforming power of Jesus Christ and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.

This class is open to anyone seeking clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of God’s design for wholeness. Led by Pastor Lee, whose testimony and decades of ministry experience are widely respected, His Way Out provides a safe and respectful environment where participants are encouraged through teaching, testimony, and prayer to explore truth, experience grace, and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Why This Ministry Matters

Struggles related to sexual identity and attraction are not distant issues. They exist within our churches, families, and communities. Through his decades of ministry, Pastor Phillip Lee has walked alongside many individuals and families facing these realities, helping bring biblical clarity and pastoral care to conversations that are often difficult or avoided.

His Way Out Ministry exists because silence and quick spiritual fixes often do more harm than good. Drawing from both Scripture and lived ministry experience, Pastor Lee emphasizes that real healing rarely happens through avoidance, labels, or dismissive responses. It begins when someone is willing to listen, care, and walk alongside another person with patience and compassion.

Many who wrestle with unwanted same-sex attraction deeply desire help but fear being misunderstood or rejected. Pastor Lee’s approach meets courage with grace, truth, and presence, creating space where trust can grow and hearts remain open.

This ministry encourages a Christ-centered approach that avoids labels, resists minimizing personal struggles, and prioritizes genuine relationship. Under Pastor Phillip Lee’s leadership, healing is not rushed, and people are not reduced to a single issue. Instead, individuals are invited into a safe, respectful environment where truth is shared in love and where no one walks alone.

As followers of Christ, we are called to be present, to listen well, and to reflect God’s heart for restoration. His Way Out Ministry, led by Pastor Phillip Lee, exists to help the church do exactly that.
