Loving the Word Bible Study

Loving the Word home group Bible study goes through the Word of God book by book, verse by verse in detail. The Bible study is every Thursday evening and the study itself starts at 7:00PM. Before we get into the Word of God and study the group first worships the Lord in song. Every other week we have a brother in Christ who leads the group with His guitar in worship as we sing along. The weeks he is not here (due to worship practice with his Church every other week) we will pick a couple songs to sing along to and worship the Lord. This group also always has a love feast (pot luck) before the study starts. People show up at 6:00PM to eat and fellowship. We have been in the Book of Revelation since May of last year (2024), we are just about finished with Chapter 16 (as of 10/02/2025). There will be about 100 sessions roughly by the time this study in Revelation comes to a close (there are 30 lessons remaining as of 10/02/2025). The Lord has really moved on people at this Bible study. Many have grown closer to the Lord in their relationship with Him. There have been many who come into this study in a lukewarm state, and after time being in fellowship and studying the Word of God are now living a life of surrender and obedience to the Lord, wanting to fulfill the calling and will of the Lord in their lives. It’s been such a blessing to witness what the Lord is doing in and through this Bible study, and it’s been a privilege and honor to serve the Lord. All glory to God who alone is worthy.
