The next Herbal Balance class is Monday, September 11th at 6:00 pm in the Youth Room. When people learn to use herbs for nutritional wellness and balance, as is common in many traditional societies and growing in the United States, it’s relatively easy to accumulate a toolkit to support the entire body, mind, and spirit. Our second lesson will focus on learning who you are and choosing the right herbs for YOU. This is a must as we prepare for a potential “survival mode” mentality. Learn how to keep your body balanced and your stress levels in check using the correct herbs, and God’s amazing blessing for us through the use of these herbs.
